The college is close to the bus stop. Several taxis are always around the campus. Ecole Intuit Lab stands out amongst other designs schools for a whole bunch of reasons - International faculty, cross country exchange programs and the stunning campus, to name a few. The main USP is the fact that they push their students to develop their own design style, instead of forcing them to follow a rigid set of aesthetics. Everyone's kind and inspiring to work. There are yearly fun celebrations (Halloween, Design Fests, Graduation parties). A placement fair at the end of the course has been remarkably helpful in the students finding jobs that they like. Teachers are from the industry. This gives the students a glimpse into their lives after graduation. They focus on every student and give them their all to get the best out of them. The faculty is approachable, but maintain necessary rules for the right output from the students.

Many institutions conduct their own entrance exams, studio tests, or interview to assess the performance and aptitude of the aspiring candidates. Also, some institutes consider the score obtained at national level entrance exams (AIEED, NID, SID, MIT and CEED) for admission to undergraduate graphic design courses offered by them. Further, there are certain institutes which not only consider the ranks secured at national level entrance exams but also conduct aptitude tests along with a personal interview.

Undergraduate graphic design courses span over a period of 3-4 years depending upon the syllabus followed by the institution.

There is no uniform fee structure as such for undergraduate graphic design courses. An undergraduate program in the National Institute of Design costs something between INR 2,70,000 and INR 3 lacs while Industrial Design Centre (IDC) of IIT Mumbai charges about INR 1.2 lacs as academic fees.
