AEC to conduct short term course on Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems

Assam Engineering College invites applications from the faculty members of Engineering Colleges and practicing engineers from industries/ R&D institutions for participation in the one Week AICTE sponsored Short Term Course on Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems from January 19-23, 2016, under NEQIP.

Applicants may also apply on plain paper indicating Name, Designation, Institution, Residential & Mailing address (postal & e-mail) Phone & Fax number, Qualification, Experience (total) with date of joining to a substantive post, duly forwarded by the Head of the Institution should reach 10 days before the commencement of the specified short term course .
This course aims at introducing the Participants to some of the current popular Microcontrollers and microprocessors viz., 8051, Intel Galileo & Arduino and their usage with extensive hands on exposure.
About the College
Assam Engineering College is one of the best engineering colleges of north-eastern India. The college is situated in the Jalukbari area of Guwahati city. Assam Engineering Colleges was inaugurated by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru in the year of 1955. AEC is affiliated to Gauhati University which was established in the year 1948 & approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
