AIIMS MBBS 2017 is a computer-based entrance test conducted every year by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for admission to its Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery programme.

AIIMS MBBS 2017 Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: Candidates should have attained the age of 17 years as on the 31st of December of the year of admission
  • Academic Qualification: Students should have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized board with English, Chemistry, Biology and Physics as subjects
  • Minimum Marks: General and OBC candidates should have an aggregate of 60% whereas, SC/ST/OBC candidates should have an aggregate of 50%

AIIMS MBBS 2017 Method of Selection

  • For each right answer, 1 mark will be awarded and for every wrong answer one-third marks will be deducted
  • The score obtained by the candidate will be considered raw and it will be used to determine percentage score and percentile which will help in the formation of a merit list for the final selection

AIIMS MBBS 2017 Cut-off Score

It is important for candidates to clear the cut-off, as it is necessary in the Entrance Examination to determine the eligibility for admission.
