AIIMS MBBS 2018 Important Dates

AIIMS MBBS 2018 exam registrations commenced this year on February 5, 2018 and closed on March 5, 2018. Candidates who are interested to give AIIMS MBBS 2018 exam and have committed mistakes when filling up the application forms correctly can make the changes in their AIIMS MBBS application forms by 5 PM today positively. They can reach out to the official website, check the eligibility criteria and fill the AIIMS MBBS 29018 application forms with the information required. AIIMS MBBS 2018 exam is to be conducted on May 26 and May 27, 2018 this year. AIIMS MBBS 2018 admit cards will be available on the official website for downloading from May 20, 2018 onwards and the result will be announced on June 12, 2018.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has uploaded the exam notification with all the important dates on its official website. AIIMS 2018 is a national level entrance exam conducted for admission to various MBBS courses offered by  AIIMS New DelhiAIIMS Bhopal, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Bhubaneswar, Patna and  AIIMS Raipur. As per the official notification, computer-based AIIMS 2018 exam will be conducted on May 26 and 27, 2018 at various examination centres in selected cities. More about AIIMS MBBS 2018:

  • The registration/application fees for AIIMS MBBS 2018 is INR 1000 for General & OBC candidates and INR 800 for SC/ST candidates
  • Admission details for AIIMS New Delhi are different from that of the 6 other AIIMS. Admission details will be available on the official website of each campus.
  • A total of 672 seats are available for the MBBS programme across the 7 different AIIMS campuses. There are only 72 seats in AIIMS New Delhi, other 6 AIIMS campuses have 100 seats each
  • Reservation is available for OBC, SC, ST and OPH candidates

AIIMS 2018 Eligibility Criteria

AIIMS has set some conditions, which candidates need to meet to be eligible to apply for AIIMS 2018. Given below include AIIMS 2018 eligibility criteria. Candidates should check all the details carefully and apply for the exam only when they are sure that they meet all the conditions.

  • Nationality: Indian Citizen, Overseas Citizen of India and Foreign Nationals
  • Age: Candidates should be at least 17 years of age on December 31, 2017.
  • Qualification: Students who have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects can only apply for the exam
  • Minimum passing marks: To be eligible for AIIMS 2018, candidates should have scored a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects. The pass percentage for candidates from SC/ST/OPH category is 50%.
