Amity Scientists develop safe and indigenous herbal colours

This revolutionary technology of herbal colours was transferred to a Jaipur based Company-Subh Laxmi Industries for the use of herbal colours in manufacturing of Gulal!

By contributing to the “Make in India” Campaign of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Amity Scientists have developed its fourth technology transfer which are 100% pure, safe and indigenous herbal colours with absolutely no synthetic or harmful additives. These herbal colours could be used in various Industries such as Cosmetics, Toys, Paints, Pharmaceuticals, Food and other edible items.
 
This revolutionary technology of herbal colours was transferred to a Jaipur based Company-Subh Laxmi Industries for the use of herbal colours in manufacturing of Gulal.
 
Previously the University developed three other technology transfers included- “LPG Gas Sensor”, “Herbal Mosquito Repellent” and “Iodine based Fingerprint Powder for Crime Detection”.
 
A License Agreement was dully signed by Mr. Sunil Shah and Mr. Uday Shah, the Co-Owners of Subh Laxmi Industries with Dr. B L Arya- Registrar, Amity University in the presence of Dr. W. Selvamurthy-President, Amity Science, Technology and Innovation Foundation at Amity University Noida Campus.
 
Subh Laxmi Industries were looking out for replacement of synthetic colours which was fulfilled by Scientists of Amity. The company is into manufacturing exporting and supplying various types of Colouring Products.
