Honorable chief Minister of Uttarakhand Mr Harish Rawat was the chief mentor

An International student week celebration took place at the Graphic Era University. It was a week-long celebration, which became more special when National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) have announced that Graphic Era University is ranked first in North-India and 3rd all over the country with A grade by NAAC on November 21, 2015. The programme was arranged by Graphic Era University in association with CM4youth.

The week-long celebration was very successful in the appearance of thousands of students of the university along with Prof Dr R C Joshi, Chancellor GEU, Dr Durgesh Pant, Director USEC, Padamshree JaspalRana, renowned shooter and Anand Singh Rawat congress leader who were present to grace the occasion.

Honorable chief Minister of Uttarakhand Mr Harish Rawat was the chief mentor on this week-long celebration where he shared his view and ideas with university students on various topics and congratulated students for being part of A grade University

On this occasion, the chief Minister of Uttarakhand Mr Harish Rawat launched the Facebook page and twitter handle He motivated youngster to keep in touch with him through these pages and SMS (9760544457).

During his speech chief minister appreciated the work of Graphic Era University in the education field and he called the university ‘the brightest star’ among all the other universities for this huge accomplishment.

“I applaud the efforts of Prof Dr. KamalGhanshala for his hard work and dedication, which makes me proud, but not all my institution are like Graphic Era University. I want the rest of the institutions to be part of this race of excellence” he said.

For making this grand occasion special Pawandeep Rajan, winner of Voice of India was presented at the celebration and spellbound the audience through his voice.

 Apart from this Honorable chief Minister of Uttarakhand Mr. Harish Rawat appreciated the cultural events performed by the students and announced prize money of 1 lakh rupees to the participants.

Also, Prof Dr. Kamal Ghanshala announced a cash prize of 1 lakh rupee to the student performers and rupees 50,000 to Pawandeep Rajan who mesmerized the audience with his soulful performances.
