 Asutosh College Admission 2017 have started for BA, B.Sc., BBA, B.Voc., Diploma and advanced diploma courses. Asutosh College is the first institute in West Bengal to get accreditation from NAAC with a CGPA score of 3.22. The college was established in 1916 under the guidance of a famous mathematician Sir Asutosh Mukherjee. Spread over 40 square feet area, Asutosh College now gives admission to around 4000 students. Asutosh College admissions 2017 are open for 28 subjects in Honours, Major and Vocational courses at undergraduate level. The college keeps introducing new and innovative courses at regular intervals. For instance, it introduced a postgraduate course in Environmental Science in 2002 and a course in Hospital waste disposal management was started in 2013.

To get admission in an undergraduate course at Asutosh College, students need to score a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in addition to 45% marks in the related subject at the previous qualifying exam.

Remaining 40% seats are filled through Admission Test for both C.U. students as well as students from other Universities

Asutosh College Admission Test 2017 for PG Courses

Admission test for Environmental Science and other courses include multiple choice questions (MCQ) on undergraduate (Hons) syllabus of Calcutta University. Exam of 100 marks is conducted for each subject.
