Cracking a national level entrance is quite a tough deal and thorough preparation is essential to hold the rank here. BITSAT 2016 exam pattern defines the test format of an online or offline test including number andtypes of questions and marking schemes. BITSAT 2016 is no exception. Candidates appearing for the entrance exam must know the Exam Pattern of BITSAT 2016 in advance. Here candidates will be tested on their basic knowledge of class XI and XII NCERT syllabus.
 
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning are the main subjects from which questions will be placed.

BITSAT 2016 will be conducted with a time limit of 3hours. The test will consist of four sections:
 
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning
  • Mathematics 

 

 

BITSAT 2016 Marking System 

  • All questions will be of objective type (multiple choice questions); each question will have four options to choose from.
  • Each correct answer will fetch 3 marks, while each incorrect answer will have a penalty of 1 mark (-1 mark). No marks will be awarded for questions not attempted.
  • While the candidate can skip a question, the computer will not allow the candidate to choose more than one option
