CLAT Books 2018

CLAT 2018 has been scheduled on May 13, 2018, online application process for which will start tentatively from January 1, 2018. Aspirants need to prepare well for the exam to get admission to one of the National Law Universities or other CLAT participating universities. CLAT preparation can get really difficult in absence of right guidance. Best guide for the students is as we all know is a good book. CLAT Syllabus 2018 for PG Course



Constitutional Law

Questions based on rules, practices and doctrines that govern the functioning of a State and other political communities.

Jurisprudence Law

This is also called Philosophy of Law and is classified into three sub-branches - Theoretical, Sociological and Analytical. The Questions will be based on the syllabus in the graduation degree programme.

Tort Law

This law is a recent development in India and is based on codifying statutes. It also includes statutes related to damages. Some crucial obligations such as Nuisance, Negligence, and Defamation must be practised thoroughly.


Decisions of High and Supreme Court related to modern commercial activities form the crux of this subject.

Criminal Law
