Delhi School of Business, DBS, DBS PGDM Admission

The Delhi School of Business (DBS) has started inviting applications from students seeking admission in Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme for the academic session 2017-19.

The DBS, which is a part of Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), offers four specialisations in two-year PGDM course which include the following:

  • PGDM in International Business
  • PGDM in Marketing
  • PGDM in Human Resource Management
  • PGDM in Finance

Aspirants seeking admission in PGDM are seriously recommended to apply for PGDM at Delhi School of Business as soon as possible for the admission process is underway and the last date to submit PGDM application 2017 is November 30, 2016.

DBS PGDM Admission Eligibility Criteria 2017

Applicants should have Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or any other equivalent qualification. Notably, SC/ST/Differently Abled candidates will relaxation of 5% marks and will have to present only 45% aggregate of marks in graduate degree.

Apart from this, candidates who still have to appear for their final tern/year/ semester of bachelor’s examination and/or are awaiting the results can also apply. However, in this case,  the admission will be provisional until the time they do not present their qualification latest by October 31, 2017.

In addition to this, aspirants are required to present valid CAT/GMAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT scores for a successful application.

How to Apply for PGDM at DBS

  • Visit the official website of DBS
  • Click on ‘Online Application’ in the ‘Admission’ drop-down on the home page
  • Create a login id and password
  • Select the choice of specialization
  • Fill the Delhi School of Business PGDM application form 2017
  • Attach the copies of required documents
  • Pay the DBS PGDM application fees of Rs.1100/- online
  • Submit the application for before the last date of submission
  • Keep a copy for future references

Also, candidates who can’t access internet can submit application offline by buying the form from the college campus admission counter.

Delhi School of Business PGDM Selection Procedure

Candidates who will apply for PGDM course at Delhi School of Business will be called for a Psychometric, Numerical Assessments, Written Analysis, Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) rounds, which will serve as final selection procedures. Also, aspirants with a minimum of three years relevant work experience will be given priority.

Lastly, the list of shortlisted candidates will be released announcing the names of the candidates who will be selected and allowed to proceed with payment of admission fees and seat allotment. The following table shows respective weightage will be given while making final list of selection:
