Delhi Technological University to Hold 23rd Edition of Innova

DTU will conduct the 23rd edition of its famous annual techno-management fest Innova between February 19-21, 2016.

Delhi Technological University has unveiled the dates of its much-awaited annual techno-management fest Innova. The fest is scheduled between February 19 to 21, 2016.
Presenting the 23rd edition, this year Innova will be based on the theme ‘Think, Create and Conquer’ and is anticipated to be a rejuvenating experience for students.
The fest, over the past 22 years, has been a platform for young minds coming from numerous colleges across the country to participate in innovative and technically-rich events. 
The 23rd Innova also will provide opportunities for budding engineers to think creatively, showcase their talent and display their skills in unexplored domains.
Innova 2016 presents a plethora of events that will showcase and assess the multifarious talents of the youth.

Apart from aforementioned events, DTU will also host:



A 2-day workshop on Bridge Design and Artificial Intelligence on January 23 and 24, 2016, in association with Go4Tech. Certificates of participation from INNOVA and Go4Tech will be awarded to the students.



DTU Ambassador Programme: 


Applications are also accepting for DTU campus ambassador programme. Students can represent their colleges here as INNOVA's campus ambassador and promote the events, workshops and guest lectures. In return, they will get t-shirts, goodies, certificates of appreciation, discounts, free passes to events and an experience worth remembering.

Guest Lectures:




Innova 16 also hosted the first guest lecture of the series by Dr. A. Sivathanu Pillai, father of BrahMos, world's fastest cruise missile in operation and Mr. Diwakar Vaish, creator of Manav, first 3-D printed humanoid robot, on January 20, 2016, which was a fusion of finest technology in the field of missiles and robots.
One more guest session is lined up for January 27, 2016 by Mr Sanjiv Chaturvedi, IFS Officer and recipient of Asia's highest honor, Ramon Magsaysay Award 2015.
