With the increasing number of Dengue cases in India, students and college authorities take on to spread awareness and keep surroundings clean
Keshav Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi observed National Service Scheme (NSS) Day on 24th September 2015 wherein a cleanliness drive was initiated by the students of the NSS unit of the college.
The students took to cleaning college premises and lawns and made sure there was no scope of breeding grounds for any type of mosquitoes or other insects.
The students and teachers were made aware of the dengue infection that is causing a lot of panic all over the country with the continuous increasing number of cases of the fever.
A poster making competition was also organized which had a theme of ‘Clean India’ and ‘Awareness on Dengue’. Winners of the competition were awarded certificates by NSS.
