Dr. Gopichandran clarified that various empirical evidences prove that there has been an increase in the level of all the constituent gases in the atmosphere and it has got a direct impact on our livelihood. He said,” We cannot control the climate change as such, but we need to control the impacts of climate change.”

With the Paris Convention about to unfold, this interaction helped us form informed opinions about the science and politics behind climate change.”
