DTE MH Postpones CET Law 2016 Exam Dates to June 18, 19

Contrary to the earlier official notification whereby MH CET Law 2016 test was to be held on May 22, 2016, DTE Maharashtra postpones the test dates by a month. Now the tests for five-year integrated BLS LLB (pursued after 10+2) and three year LLB course (pursued after graduation) will be held on 18th and 19th of June, 2016 respectively. It is also confirmed that the law entrance test will be held online only.

Change in the dates of examinations was confirmed through an official notification from the State CET Cell of Maharashtra and Aseem Gupta, Commissioner and Competent Authority of State CET cell, also affirmed it in a statement. After this announcement, aspirants who want to pursue a career in law will get more time to prepare for the test.

With the announcement of important dates of MH CET Law 2016 test, candidates can easily keep the track of important dates like availability of the application form, release of admit cards, result and counselling dates.

The test will last for two hours, wherein candidates need to answer 150 questions in all. Results for MH CET Law 2016 will be announced on June 30. Based on the performance in entrance test for law program at the undergraduate level, merit list of candidates will be rolled out.

Counselling for the undergraduate law programme in various colleges of the state will begin in the first week of July 2016. Counselling will also be an online process. To undergo the same, candidates need to register and fill in their college choices. Once the counselling is over, they need to attend the institute allotted to them personally.
