Global accreditation body makes special mention of the premier management school’s high quality students, well-ranked programmes & industry connect
The EQUIS Accreditation Board has voted to confer the EQUIS Accreditation label upon the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) for a further period of five years.
Five-year accreditation, the highest that EQUIS confers, is a testimony to the fact that the evaluating team was confident about IIMB’s ability to sustain its efforts undertaken to achieve excellent standards in education, internationalization and research.
The Accreditation Board took particular note of the quality of the school as reflected in its attraction of very high quality students, the provision of well-ranked management programmes, the establishment of close connections with Indian business and government, the career success of its graduates and the outstanding campus in India’s high technology capital – Bangalore.
The EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) is a global school accreditation system.
