Essay Writing Competition

The University of Delhi is looking forward to choose winners of the Adi Shankaracharya Dwadasha Shatabdi Memorial Essay Competition and is therefore conducting an essay writing competition for the students of the University.

The topic for the essay is- Samajik Asahishnuta Ke Sandarbh Mein Aadi Shankar Ke Prasangikta.

The essay can be written by the candidates who are students of the colleges and departments of the University of Delhi and other university/deemed university situated within the state of Delhi.

The basic guidelines for writing the essay include word limit which is set to 4000 words maximum. Candidates must send three copies of their essays, each duly certified by the Head of the institution. All the entries have to be sent to the Dean of Examinations of the University of Delhi- New Delhi- 110007 in an envelope titled Adi Shankaracharya Dwadasha Shatabdi Memorial Essay Competition Prize 2014.

All entries must be submitted on or before 20th November 2015.

The first, second and third positions will be awarded a prize money of Rs. 5000, Rs. 3000 and Rs. 1000 respectively.
