Debate Competition Winners were felicitated with Certificates for Debate Competition held in March 2015
Institute of Advanced Management & Research, Ghaziabad felicitated the winners of the Debate Competition held on March 14, 2015. The Debate Competition was a part of the Annual Cultural Fest “Dreams-2015” conducted by the Institute.
The event was blessed by the presence of Mr. R. K. Gupta- Chairman, Mr. Sanjay Bansal-Secretary, Mrs Anshu Bansal-Joint Secretary IAMR Group of Institutions, Dr. Anoop Pant- Director and other dignitaries. The chief Guest of the fest was Mr. Telu ram Kamboj, Mayor Ghaziabad.
This event was organized to strengthen the cultural spirit of students and in getting prepared to march the way of their professional career. At DREAMZ 2015, the students took active participation in music, dance, art, fashion shows, sports & games, and many more exciting ones.
The topic for the debate was “Is women empowerment necessary or not?” The students talked against and in favour of the motion and had put forth their point of views over the topic. There were four teams in the competition and they all were given different to verbalise their views on their respective topics.
Women empowerment in simple words is basically creating such an environment where women can make decisions on their personal development as well as shine as equals in society.
