Orientation Session was held on 13th October 2015 to highlight past events and future plans

Fiction is back with its bag full of surprises, ready to take in new aspirants who can make the magazine bigger and better. Since its inception, Fiction-a magazine of Computer Society of India, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi Chapter has been a favorite in the engineering faculty and has garnered fame throughout the college. And today marked the beginning of yet another, highly anticipated annual edition of the magazine. It all started with the orientation of the Fiction magazine on 13th of October this year which attracted many enthusiastic juniors.

The orientation was hosted by the Fiction team. Shifa Shamsi, the editor-in-chief of the magazine, along with members Azfar and Sarah set the orientation off to a rollicking start. The juniors seemed to enjoy the orientation and were shown slides on various global events that happened in the past and how every intricate details and perceptions could be penned down into various forms of writings. And for yielding such ideas from diverse fields and jotting them down into various forms of literary pieces, Fiction is an apt platform.

The magazine invites all forms of literary pieces: be it articles, poems, book reviews, movie reviews and even photography. Its diversity readily meets the growing demands of the readers.
