GEU 2016: Research collaboration with Fulda - University of Applied Sciences, Germany

The proposal was initiated during Prof (Dr.) Kamal Ghanshala’s visit to Fulda on 19-20 December 2015!

Graphic Era University Dehradun has taken one step forward to add a new feather to its cap by joining hands with Hochschule Fulda - University of Applied Sciences, Germany. The both universities come together to reach the heights in academics and research and hope to create new dimensions simultaneously.

During his visit to Fulda on 19-20 December 2015, Prof (Dr.) Kamal Ghanshala and Prof (Dr) Karim Khakzar, President Fulda -University of Applied Sciences Germany deliberated on all possibilities of joint curriculum development, student and faculty exchange, collaborative research and projects, international summer courses, project based internships and conduct of lectures, workshops and seminars in all academic area of mutual interest.

This will give a new dimension to the academics and research activities at Graphic Era University and benefit the researchers, faculty members and students.
The Graphic Era University was established in the year 1993 by Kamal Ghansala. It is deemed to be considered as a Graphic Era University or the Graphic Era Institute of Technology. Located in the state of Uttarakhand, GEU was passed under the UGC act of 1956 of section 3 on August 2008. In the very beginning, the university was just a Graphic Era Computer Center. Later, it was given the status of University. The institution began its functioning as a university to offer technological programs in 1998.
After it began providing technological courses, it also started offering engineering courses in 2001. Engineering programs offered by the university in areas including Information Technology, Computer Science and Electronics and Communication.
