Google to Initiate a Training on ‘Android App Making’ at Kurukshetra University

Kuruskhetra University has signed an MOU with Google for providing a training on ‘Android App Making’.

University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kuruskhetra University has signed an MOU with Google for providing a training on ‘Android App Making’. Google visited the campus recently. On their visit, it appreciated about the campus. 
 
In the line with this, one Google certified training workshop was hosted between December 19 and 23, 2016. The next workshop will be conducted in January next year.
 
It is made compulsory for all affiliated engineering colleges to Kurukshetra University to participate in this training programme which will be conducted in two batches during third week of January (from January 2, 2017 to January 6, 2017) and will be of 05 days (timing 09 a.m. to 5 p.m.). The training venue would be the Department of Computer Engineering, University Institute of Engineering & Technology (UIET), Kurukshetra University.
 
Each college/institute is required to nominate two faculty members who have the expertise in Java programming as per the mandatory requirement of Google. This course will be of free of cost and no registration required. The participating faculty members have to arrange their stay at University Guest house on nominal payment basis subject to the availability of rooms. The refreshment, lunch, course kit and lecture note will be provided.
