Amity School of Engineering and Technology organised a Health Talk Seminar on August 27, 2015 at the Seminar Hall. The event had a great start, where Menstrual Cycles and its myths and personal hygiene were the main concern. Dr. (Mrs.) Kiran Kalra and Dr. (Mrs.) Ritu Yadav were the key speakers who celebrated the resonance of the women with Nature and Universe. The hot topics of discussion were the problems and difficulties and the struggles faced by women during this period.
Also, they discussed the methods to overcome such problems and enhance the daily life routine through the art of Conscious Menstruality. The event was open for all IEEE members if Delhi Section Student Branches. The event was of great help for the female students. The event organisers were Sakshi Mehta (Chairperson), Lopamudra Chakraborty (Vice-Chairperson) and Kirti Sengar.
