Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has announced BPBOSE 10th result 2018 on the official website. Candidates who appeared for the exam can reach out to the official website hpbose.org and hpresults.nic.in to check their result. HPBOSE conducted the matriculation exams this year from March 7 to March 20, 2018.

Candidates who have appeared for the exams and want to check their HPBOSE 10th result 2018 without much of hassles whatsoever can consider following the easy but quick steps mentioned hereunder.
- Reach out to any of the official websites hpbose.org and hpresults.nic.in
- Candidates need to login to the official website
- Click on the link for HPBOSE 10th result 2018
- Fill in the required information like roll number and other details in the text boxes provided for the same
- Once done, the candidates need to click on the ‘Submit’ button
- The HPBOSE 10th result will appear on the computer screen
Candidates are advised to download, save and take the printout of the result card appearing on the computer screen. The reason being, this will work as a provision marks sheet until the hardcopies reach the school. Candidates can apply to various exams and use this marks sheet for admission purposes.
This year, around 109678 students appeared for the HPBOSE 10th exams out of which a total number of 68946 candidates have passed the exam. In addition to this, 15214 students have compartments in various subjects. The date for the improvement examinations has not been announced as of now and we will update the candidates about the same as and when it comes.
The overall pass percentage for HPBOSE 10th result 2018 is 62.8 percent. In this exams, as is generally the case, girls outshined the boys as the first place is secured by Anviksha and Pritanjali Sen from Mandi district collectively with 690 marks each and Sonam from Kangra and Rahul from Shimla secured the second position with 689 marks each. The overall pass percentage for the boys is at 59.76 percent, which is far lower to that of girls who are at 66.15.
