The paucity of accommodation in certain zones leads to shuffling of zones in terms of accommodation at ICAI.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Kanpur has decided to accommodate some of the candidates in the zone other than the zone opted by then due to the scantiness of accommodation in certain zones in the city of Chennai and Hyderabad.
Hereby, it is not possible to the college authority to consent to the requests of the candidates for transfer to an examination centre in a particular zone of the city opted by them. The college is seeking for the corporation from the examinees and other stakeholders in this regard.
One of the prominent colleges in the field of CA, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is established under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 passed by the Parliament of India. It is also considered as second largest accounting body in the world just after AICPA. It is the only institute in terms of licensing cum regulating related formalities in India.
To be appointed as an auditor of an Indian company, the only eligibility requires is he/she has to be a member of ICAI. A person can become a member of ICAI by taking prescribed examinations and undergoing three years of practical training. The membership course is known for its rigorous standards.
