Summer placement reports at top B schools have shown positive trends recently summer placements at the IIM Lucknow. Students of IIM Lucknow fly as they got 100% Placed. The full batch of two-year Postgraduate program 2016-2018 got placed.
454 offers were being made by 143 recruiters in Placement drive which includes 47 new employers. The offers included 20% increase in the number of pre-placement offers, 30% increase in the number of offers from the higher entry placement process, and 220 from final placements.
When approached Professor Nishant Uppal, chairman of students’ affairs and placement, said: “This year’s placements reinforced IIM Lucknow’s presence among the top B-schools in the country and proved that it is a preferred destination for organizations that select barely 2-3 B-schools to recruit.”

Main recruiters were Aditya Birla Group, Amazon, Accenture, Citi, Deloitte, Everest Group, Flipkart, Hinduja, KPMG, PwC, Paytm, Tredence Analytics, and Yes Bank.
The highlight of the placement season was the participation of firms such as Alvarez and Marsal, Citi Markets, Kotak, McKinsey and Company, Fidelity, MasterCard Advisors and Boston Consulting Group.
IT/systems management, category management, sales enablement, business development, supply chain management, product marketing, strategic alliances, program manager and analytics were major profiles for which students were selected.
