JEE Main exam is conducted every year by CBSE board for admission in the premium engineering institutes, namely NITs, IIITs, IIEST and CFTIs. It is one of the largest engineering exams in India, on the basis of which candidates are selected for admission. JEE Main 2016 question paper pattern for Paper – I

·         The JEE Main 2016 question paper is divided into three sections, namely – Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. Each section will contain 30 questions i.e. 90 questions altogether.

·         It is important to note that 4 marks are awarded for every correct answer and 1 mark is deducted for every wrong attempt.

·         It is a 3 hours exam

·         It will be a MCQ test with four options provided for every question

·         There will be no negative marking for unanswered questions

 

JEE Main 2016 question paper pattern for Paper – II

Paper – II is for those students who want to pursue architecture. This paper is dived into 3 parts, namely Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing Test.

Depending on scores of both the papers, candidates are selected and called for counseling. However, it is important that you download the papers and start practicing.
