JEE Main 2017 Results, as per IIT Madras which is conducting the exam this year, will be announced tomorrow April 27, 2017. As per the official bulletin, JEE Main Result for paper 1 will come with JEE Main Score, rank and a list of 220,000 candidates that will be eligible to apply for the JEE Advanced, application forms for which will be released between last week of April and the first week of May. JEE Advanced exam will be conducted on May 21, 2017 and is a gateway to prestigious IITs in India.

How to check JEE Main 2017 Result

  • The candidates who have appeared for the JEE Main 2017 exam can consider following the easy steps mentioned here to check their results.
  • Visit the official website i.e.
  • Once there, the candidates need to enter JEE Main 2017 Roll Number and Date of Birth
  • After filling in the required credentials, the candidates need to click on the ‘Submit’ button
  • Those who have entered the wrong details by mistake can click on the ‘Reset’ button to enter the required details again
  • Once this is done, JEE Main 2017 result along with score and rank of the candidate will be displayed on the screen
  • Candidates are advised to download, save and take the printout of the JEE main result for future reference.

JEE Main 2017 Result will include the following information:

  • The score released will consist of marks a candidate has obtained in Paper 1 together with the status of candidates who qualify for appearing the JEE Advanced.
  • The candidates will also be able to check the rank that will consist of ALL India Rank (AIR) as well as All India Category Rank.
  • The rank/scorecard will not be sent to the candidates personally.

What JEE Main 2017 Score Card Comprises?

  • JEE Main 2017 Scorecard will contain the following information:
  • Name of the candidate
  • Roll number, DOB and category
  • State code eligibility
  • Roll number, passing year and 12th exam conducting board
  • Marks obtained in PCM
  • Total marks obtained in JEE Main
  • All India Rank
  • Eligibility status to appear in JEE Main and cut-offs to based on the category to appear in JEE Advanced 2017.
