The JEE Main 2018 will be held in the month of April 2018. Here are some important tips that you should keep in mind a day before your the examination whether its online or offline.
Don't Start A New Topic
Do not waste time thinking about your exam day. Revise the important topics and just relax. You cannot revise everything in one day so just brush up some of the important topics and basics, which you feel that you need to revisit. The day before your exam is not for learning or studying anything new at all. Taking up new topics on the last day will only create further confusion and anxiety. The last minute revision is just for your brain to be able to recall the concepts you’ve already prepared.
Revise As Much You Can-
If you are in a habit of preparing flashcards, then those are all you need to refer to for your revision. In case you haven’t been preparing flashcards, then just refer to your notes for your last day revision. You cannot revise and go through the entire chapter all over again, so just refer to the notes.
Keep Documents Ready-
Make sure you have prepared a folder of all the documents required to carry to the examination center. Below is a list of things you should carry:
- Admit Card
- Aadhar Card is mandatory
- ID proof
Keep these documents ready a night before the exam and don’t leave anything for the exam day. Make sure you don’t carry any stationary since your own stationary is not allowed in the examination hall. You would be provided with a black ball point pen in the examination hall itself. No electronic gadgets are allowed in the examination hall so make sure you don’t carry any.
Visit the Exam Venue of Time-
Paying a visit to the examination center a day before your main exam day is a good idea to get an idea of how long it will take you to reach the exam center on the main exam day. Once you have an estimate of your traveling time, you can calculate backward, the amount of time you will need to get up and get yourself ready for the exam that day.
Rest and Relax-
It is very important not to overdo the revision and get ample amount of sleep and rest, the day before the exam. Studying for 3-4 hours maximum is enough for the day before your JEE Main 2018 exam on 8th and 9th April, 2017. It is important to eat well, sleep well and engage in activities that are stress busting. Sleep early so you can get enough hours of sleep before waking up the next day for your exam.
