Offline and online mode exams will be conducted on 3rd April 2016 and 9th- 10th April 2016 respectively
Process of registration for Joint Entrance Exam (JEE Main-16) will be starting from December 1, 2015. Students will have to make online application on website of JEE www.jeemain.nic.in. Process of online application will continue till December 31, 2015.
Examination will be conducted in both online and offline modes. Offline exam will be held on April 3, 2016. On the other hand, exam in online mode will be conducted on April 9, 2016 and April 10, 2016. Top two lakh students getting successful in JEE Main will be included in JEE Advance.
Registration process will be made in three phases:
- Candidates have to fill up the application form in first phase providing their individual information in this.
- Photo and signature, in JPEG format, will have to be uploaded in second phase.
- They will have to deposit exam fees in third phase. Help of bank challan or net banking has to be taken for depositing fees. Acknowledgement slip must be kept safely after by downloading it after making payment of fees.
Students of General and OBC categories will have to make payment of Rs. 1000 each as a fee for giving offline exam and Rs. 500 will have to be paid for SC, ST and disabled students. If you choose to give online exam, then you will have to pay half of the exam fees. That means, Rs. 500 will have to be paid by the students of General and OBC and Rs. 250 will have to be paid by girl students and SC, ST and disable students. Fees could be deposited through debit card, credit card by the medium of e-challan at any branch of Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank, ICICI and HDFC Bank.
Instructions have been given to students to provide their mobile number and email ID only in registration form. Any important information will be made available to students easily by this. Important information could not reach to them due to this.
