Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore took an initiative to organize an ‘Admin Choupal’.

Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore took an initiative to organize an ‘Admin Choupal’ under the guidance of Mr. Rahul Bairagi to seek feedback from the students regarding different facilities which are provided to them in this residential campus.

The faculty in charge of different departments like hostel, mess, transport and canteen were gathered and distributed a feedback form to the students in order to rate the facilities available. In addition to this, they also asked students regarding any problem which they are facing and assured them to solve it as early as possible.

The students gave positive feedbacks regarding the indoor/outdoor games, gymnasium facilities, internet access, availability of daily newspapers and magazines that have helped the students in grooming their personality. Some of the students appreciated mess facilities by saying that the served food is healthy, nutritious, and hygienic and satisfies students of diverse cultures and locations. The provision of routine visits by the Doctor added to the convenience provided to the students as they could get their daily check up in the campus itself.

Assurance was provided to the students that the issues raised regarding the standards of some amenities would be resolved at the earliest and an immediate action for the same would be taken. This year’s Admin Choupal initiated last year by Mr. Rahul Bairagi along with his team with representation from different departments: Accounts (Mr. Prashant Khatri), Girls Hostel Ms.Deepshikha Chavan & Mrs.Pratibha Dixit), Transportation (Mrs.Sakshi Vijaywargiya), Boys Hostel (Mr.Rajendra Kumar), Administration (Mr. Yogendra Dixit), IT (Mr. Sandeep Maurya), Canteen (Mr. Manoj), Mess ( Mr. Rohit) and Programme Office (Ms. Nidhi Bharadwaj and Mr. Milind Kshirsagar) was appreciated by all the students as they could give their feedback and voice out their concerns with an assurance that all their inputs would be given due consideration. The whole activity with an objective of improving the stay and learning of students at the campus was greatly appreciated by the students.
