As considered by most passing out graduates that the first initial years of your job is the beginning of your career, but these initial years are to be considered as you are still in a Business School but here you are not paying to learn but, getting paid to learn so the takeaway from this thought is that in the initial years “Don’t say no to any opportunity, grab it”. The next most important activity to do during these years is to connect and build network.

Then he shared how significant is the word IMPACT where I stands for Integrity, M for Mannerism, P for Passion, A for Attitude, C for Communication and T for Trust. These five attributes are the essentials, which should be imbibed in all the leaders of tomorrow who are gearing up to lead teams, to grow and achieve higher positions in corporate world.  He also stated that the Job is never bad; it is you who is not suited for the job. Responsibility begins when you get a job, we should not be selfish after getting placed. The more you stick to your job the company’s name becomes your last name.
