JUIT to Serve as a Nodal Centre for HP to Host Spoken Tutorial Workshops

The Spoken Tutorial project is an initiative under ‘Talk to a Teacher’ project of the National Mission on Education.

Jaypee University of Information and Technology expresses its immense pleasure to announce that the university will serve as a nodal centre for entire Himachal Pradesh to host various spoken tutorial workshops.
 
The Spoken Tutorial project is the initiative of the "Talk to a Teacher” project of the National Mission on Education through ICT, launched by MHRD, Govt. of India and developed at IIT Bombay. It offers free teaching and learning is based on open-source software such as Linux, Scilab, PHP & MySQL, LaTeX and Python etc.
 
These workshops are of 2 hours duration. After the workshop, an online exam is conducted by IIT Bombay and certificates are awarded to the students. These certificates can act as game-changers in the students' career!
