Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the result for Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2016 conducted earlier this month. Candidates can check their results here.

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has declared the results of Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2016 on its official website. Candidates who have given the test can reach out to the official website to access their results. Earlier, the PGCET 2016 result was scheduled to be announced on July 15, 2016. However, the results were postponed due to reasons unknown.

Candidates who want to check their results without wasting too much of time can consider following the easy steps mentioned hereunder: 

  • Visit the official website of Karnataka Examination Authority or simply click here
  • Click on the ‘PGCET-2016 MBA, MCA, M.Tech’ link on the top right side of the website
  • This will lead the candidates to this page where they can find links to MBA Merit List, MCA merit List, MAC Lateral Entry Merit List, M. Tech GATE Merit List and many other course specific exam results.
  • Choose the course you have had applied for to check the result.
  • When you are able to see the result on the homepage of the website, download, save and take the printout of the same for future reference.  
  • Along with the Karnataka PGCET 2016 result, candidates can also find the cut off marks together with the merit list on the website of KEA.

Earlier, Karnataka PGCET 2016 exam was conducted on July 2 and July 3, 2016. Candidates need to check, ownload, save and take the printout of the result for future reference on their own as KEA won’t send the marks sheets and rank cards by post. 

Those who qualify the test need to appear for the counselling on dates that KEA fixes for the same. The counselling process will include option entry, document verification and seat allotment. Candidates need to carry the relevant certificates and other documents prescribed along on the day of counselling. Based on the marks candidate obtain in Karnataka PGCET 2016 exam, the college and course will be allocated.
