Lakshit, replaced Mr. Dwayne Johnson’s record of 105 self-portraits by clicking 115 self-portraits in 180 seconds

The concept of selfie from an android phone has been in the limelight among the young stars. The popularity has been fuelled to such an extent that a student of Computer Science Engineering, FET, MRIU attempts to break the Guinness World Record of Most self -portrait photographs (selfies) in 3 minutes.
 
 
In his journey Lakshit Varshney has cleared the first two virtual rounds and now hope for extended supports from his classmates, juniors and seniors in his journey to break the world record taking maximum selfies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
In his support students f MREI assembled in the Central Lawns and helped him in clicking the maximum amount of pictures with a different person.
 
Lakshit, replaced Mr. Johnson’s record of 105 self-portraits by clicking 115 self-portraits in 180 seconds, in his previous rounds. Dwayne Johnson is a popular figure as ‘Rock’ in the wrestling world who has already proved his talent in acting as well by giving box office hits The Mummy Returns’, Furious Seven (2015) and San Andreas (2015).
The last stage involved video/live evidence for the record which would finally help him to break the world record. Nonetheless, the results are awaited.
