Madhya Pradesh All India Dental & Medical Admission Test (MP DMAT) 2012 is conducted by Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges in Madhya Pradesh (APDMC) for admission to Medical (MBBS), Dental (BDS), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT), B.Sc. Nursing and other allied paramedical courses in private dental and medical colleges of Madhya Pradesh.

Eligibility for Madhya Pradesh All India Dental & Medical Admission Test (MP DMAT) 2012

  • You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December, 2012.

The eligibility criteria for admission to medical, dental and paramedical courses vary.

Eligibility for MP DMAT 2012 for MBBS and BDS

  • You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from M.P. Board of Secondary Education or CBSE or a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.
  • You should have scored minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • You must have passed in English.
  • You must have any other qualification recognised by government of India, Medical Council of India (MCI) or Dental Council of India as recognised qualification for admission to MBBS or BDS.

Eligibility for MP DMAT 2012 for BPT, BOT, B.Sc. Nursing & Other Allied Paramedical Courses

  • You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent from M.P. Board of Secondary Education or CBSE or a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.
  • For B.Sc. Nursing, you should have passed English also.
  • You should have any other qualification recognised by government of India, Medical Council of India (MCI) or Dental Council of India as recognised qualification for admission to BPT, BOT, B.Sc. Nursing & other allied paramedical courses.
  • You are eligible for MP DMAT 2012, if you are appearing in 10+2 exams.

Application Procedure for MP DMAT 2012

  • You can apply for MP DMAT 2012 by obtaining an application form from selected branches of State Bank of India through payment of Rs. 750/- in cash.
  • You can also apply for MP DMAT 2012 by obtaining application form from participating colleges or office of Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges (APDMC) by payment of Rs. 750/- in cash or through demand draft drawn in favour of APDMC payable at Bhopal.
  • You can also get the MP DMAT 2012 application form from participating colleges or office of Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges (APDMC) by post by sending a demand draft of Rs. 850/- drawn in favour of favour of APDMC payable at Bhopal.
  • You can download the MP DMAT 2012 application form from official website of Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges (APDMC) (http://www.apdmcmp.com/).
  • You can submit your duly filled application form along with a demand draft of Rs. 1500 (for MBBS & BDS) and Rs. 750/- (for other courses) drawn in favour of APDMC, payable at Bhopal through speed post, courier, registered post or in person to
