MAH CET 2018 Exam Centres

MAH CET Exam 2018 Centres– Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra, will be conducting MAH CET 2018 across various cities of Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra state. The candidates who will be taking this state level test can check the complete list of MAH CET 2018 test cities here on this page. In each of these cities, various MAH CET exam centres 2018 will be set up by DTE for accommodating thousands of candidates, who have registered for the test this year. Around 80,000 candidates register for the exam every year. The name, address and other details of the allotted exam centre will be provided on the admit card of the candidates. The exam conducting authority will preferably allot the test city, which would have been filled by the candidates in their application form. However, no option to change the already filled MAH CET exam centre is available with the candidates.

MAH CET 2018 is due to be held on March 10 and 11, 2018. Result of the exam will be announced on 19 March 2018. Read this article further to obtain the list of test cities and other details on MAH CET 2018 exam centres.

MAH CET 2018 Exam Centres

DTE does not mentions the names of test cities or the MAH CET 2018 exam centres in the information brochure. However, it does states certain other guidelines regarding the test centres in the brochure. MAH CET admit card 2018 will be furnishing the details of the allotted test city and the MAH CET exam centre along with its complete address. The candidates will be required to carry the print out of the online downloaded hall ticket to seek entry into the test centre and the permission to sit for the exam.

As told above, this entrance test will be held in both, Maharashtra and other states. The exam conducting body reserves the right to allocate the MAH CET 2018 exam centre and the test city to the candidates. It will try to allot the test city as per the preference filled in by them in the application but in case, the preferred test city is not allotted then a nearby test centre will be allotted.

Can the MAH CET Exam Centre 2018 be changed?

The choice of centre once exercised by the candidate will be final. No request for change of centre/venue/date/session for the test shall be entertained by DTE.

​MAH CET Exam Centres 2018 – Key points to be kept in mind

  • The candidates must reach the test centre at the reporting time mentioned in the admit card. The candidates coming late will not be permitted entry under any circumstances.
  • DTE reserves the right to cancel or add any MAH CET 2018 exam centres if needed, solely at its discretion.
  •  Also, it reserves the right to allot the candidate any centre other than the one he/she has opted for.
  • If sufficient number of candidates will not opt for a particular centre, in that case, DTE will allot any other adjunct centre to those candidates.

About MAH CET 2018

The admit card of MAH CET 2018 to appear for the test will be issued only to duly registered candidates on February 28, 2018. It will be available online for the candidates to download. According to the MAH CET exam pattern 2018, total 200 questions will be asked in the test. These will be multiple choice questions, which will be asked from 4 sections. The candidates qualifying in this entrance test and those who will be meeting the MAH CET 2018 cutoff will be called to participate in MAH CET counselling 2018.
