Maharashtra State Board HSC, SSC 2017 Exam Dates Announced

Maharashtra State Board has announced the HSC and SSC exam dates 2017. Candidates can check the details here

High School Certificate (HSC) and Senior School Certificate (SSC) 2017 examination dates have been announced by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education (MSBSHE) on its official website.

HSC examinations 2017 are slated to be held between February 28, 2017 and March 25, 2017, while the SSC examinations 2017 are scheduled to be held from March 7, 2017 to March 29, 2017.

There has been a delay in announcing the examination dates for HSC and SSC 2017 due to civic elections in various parts of the state.

The Board will communicate the timetable for practical and oral examination separately.

Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education is an autonomous body established under the provision of the Maharashtra Act No. 41 of 1995.

Every year, 14 lakh students appear for HSC while 17 lakh students appear for SSC examination. The Board conducts HSC and SSC exam in the state of Maharashtra through its nine Divisional Boards located in Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Aurangabad, Amravati, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Latur and Ratnagiri.
