Result of MAT 2018 February has been announced by AIMA today, on February 22, 2018. The result has been declared for all the candidates who took the paper based test on 4 February and computer based test on 10 February, 2018. All such candidates can visit the official website of AIMA-MAT, www.aima.in/testing-services/mat/mat.html to check their result or can access the below link.
The result has been published in the form of MAT 2018 February score card, which can be accessed in online mode only. AIMA will not send the score card to the candidates through post, email or any other medium. The candidates can follow the below-mentioned guidelines to view their result and download score card of MAT 2018.
Steps to check MAT 2018 Result February
1. Click Here to check your MAT February 2018 exam result.
2. On the displayed page then enter your respective February Roll Number and Form Number.
3. Thereafter, select the month of the test as ‘February’ from the drop down menu given there.
4. Click on ‘Submit’ after filling all the details correctly.
5. On submission of valid details, the MAT 2018 result of February will flash on your screen.
6. Download this displayed scorecard and print a copy of it. Retain this scorecard with you till you get admission to one of the B-Schools.
MAT 2018 result February is available online and also can be obtained over SMS by the candidates. To get the MAT February 2018 score on SMS, the candidates need to send an SMS typing ‘MATS FORMNO DOB(ddmmyy)’ to 54242. This facility is available for all phone operators.
The result-cum-scorecard furnishes the individual score of 6 sections, namely, Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis & Sufficiency, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, Composite score and Indian & Global Environment. Along with it, certain personal details such as name and roll number of candidates is also mentioned on the MAT score card 2018.
Now, since the February MAT 2018 result is out, the participating Institutes will formulate their cutoff percentile and based on it, they will shortlist candidates for GD/PI rounds. AIMA will also send the scores of MAT to the participating colleges chosen by the candidates at the time of registering for the exam. Only candidates who will qualify the MAT 2018 cut off determined by the colleges will be given a chance to attend the further rounds of admission. The candidates having MAT percentile between 93 to 97 will be able to get admission into one of the top B-schools; having good ranking and reputation among management aspirants.
AIMA has also announced the MAT May 2018 dates and is expected to open the online MAT registration soon. The MAT PBT May is scheduled to be held on 6 May while the CBT one will be held on 20 May 2018. MAT is a national level entrance test, approved by MHRD. It will be an objective type exam, where 200 questions will be asked. Anybody having a Bachelor’s degree can take this test. The aim of MAT is to assess the basic aptitude of the exam takers.
