‘MIT Tech Review’s Innovators under 35 Award’ Goes to Roopam from MREI

Roopam Sharma has been recognized as one of the ‘India’s top innovators under 35′.

Roopam Sharma, student of Manav Rachna Educational Institutions brought laurels to the institute. Roopam Sharma has been awarded the prestigious MIT Tech Review’s ‘Innovators Under 35′ Award recently.
Manav Rachna Educational Institutions expresses immense pride in the stupendous achievement of one of its most promising students Roopam Sharma, who has been selected for ‘India’s top innovators under 35′ India Edition. The prestigious ‘Innovators under 35′ Award has honoured some of the world’s most brilliant tech minds like Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Page and Sergey Brin of Google. 
The proud moment:
Roopam is just 20 years old and also the youngest person ever to win this award and is also the only student to be ever listed on this prestigious list. Eight winners made it to the India edition of the ‘Innovators Under 35′ list this year and will automatically become finalists for the global ‘Innovators Under 35′ list.

During this event all the top eight innovators were assigned mentors who will help them in taking their idea to another level. Roopam Sharma is going to be mentored by Mr. John Chambers, Chairman and Founder, Cisco.
