MU OET 2018 Important Dates

MU OET 2018 important dates including the exam dates, application schedule, slot booking dates and result announcement dates have been released Manipal University. MU OET 2018 is an online entrance test, conducted for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at the University level. It is conducted by Manipal University every year across 50 centres in India and in Dubai. Candidates who want to pursue engineering and other courses from the Manipal University and other institutes affiliated to this university appear for the entrance exam. In order to get admission to the course of their choice, candidates need to meet the minimum cutoff criteria, but before that, they need to fill the application form and appear for the exam. The MU OET application form was made available from October 17, 2017, for the exam schedule to be conducted from April 19 to May 09, 2018. The last date to fill up the registration form for MU OET 2018 is March 11, 2018. MU OET 2018 for the third attempt will be conducted on May 11, 2018 slot booking for which will be done on May 09 and 10, 2018. 

Candidates who are seeking admission in the UG/PG courses offered by the Manipal University should appear for the MU Online Entrance Test 2018. The qualified candidates will be admitted to the various courses under Manipal University. Applicants wish to give the test should meet the minimum eligibility criteria of MU OET 2018 for the test which are put forward by the University.  The admission is done through its online entrance test which will be conducted by the Manipal University all over India. The days on which the candidate can appear for the online written test will be ascertained on the basis of the total number of applications received for a particular group of courses. In case of any barrier in conducting/giving examination, the candidates are supposed to write the exam for the second time.

MU OET 2018 application form filling process will end on March 11, 2018, which is approaching soon. Candidates who are still waiting to fill the form must visit the official website of Manipal University and submit their forms along with the MU OET 2018 application fees before its too late. Online application for MU OET 2018 for all three attempts will be submitted at the same time. Candidates should first check the eligibility criteria; go through the guidelines for form filling; keep all the documents ready and then fill the form to avoid any mistakes. 

More about MU OET 2018

  • The application fee is INR 2000, including INR 600 as application fees and INR 1400 as entrance test fees
  • The entrance test will include that will be divided into various sections- Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, English  and General Knowledge
  • The syllabus will be designed on the basis of the standard syllabus followed at the 10+2 level for undergraduate programmes and graduate level for postgraduate programmes
