Music and Colours in the Air @ Prestige on Day 2

2nd Day National annual management fest Manthan-2015 “Colours of Happiness” by Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore


On the second day of MANTHAN, a national level event at Prestige Institute of Management and Research various competitions like Bahubali- ‘The Daredevils’, Sher-o-Shayari, Business model, Musical events, Ad-mad show were organised for more than 450 students from various colleges across India.

The Business tycoon competition saw students showcasing business models ranging from usefulness of Papaya pulp highlighting its efficacy for treatment of cancer patients and skin treatment to business idea about terrace gardening to protect the deteriorating environment.

In dramatics various teams presented their skits through different themes like tribute to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam through a shadow skit, arising problems regarding misuse of laws across the country and also lime lighted issues regarding women empowerment. In Laugh out loud competition, students had presented mimicry of celebrities like Arvind Kejriwal, Baba Ramdev, Nana Patekar, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and various other personalities too. In this competition Deepak Neema was the winner.

In Bahubali, students performed various adventurous tasks in which Vedant and group were the winners. The day ended with the rocking performances by different rock bands where the whole PIMR family enjoyed a lot on the beats of bands. The beats filled the Prestige campus with energy.

MANTHAN 2015 will conclude on 31st, October with interesting competitions like Kaleidoscope (documentary), Pragya (summer internship), Swaranjali, Skill maestro.



Students from various colleges participated in the event in which Mr. Vinay Jain from Core Business School was the winner. In Swaranjali (antakshri) the event was full of melodious Bollywood songs which refreshed the golden era of Bollywood in the mind of audience in which Ashmita and Neha from Prestige were winners. In skill maestro students showed their multiple talents, in competition various skills like mimicry, drama, singing and beat boxing were presented in their performances in which Renuka won the heart through depicting rich heritage Indian dance Kathak. By this all the competitions have been ended on Saturday. The official closing ceremony will do through various cultural performances.
