NAAC peer team members visited Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya from 8th May 2017 to 10th May 2017.Team members were received by the officials of the university, and Chancellor Dr.Jayarama Reddy welcomed them. Dr.KVSN Murthy, Coordinator of IQAC introduced them to the officials of the university. The team comprised of 8 members under the Chairmanship of Professor Pankaj Chande, former Vice-Chancellor of Kavikulaguru Kalidas Sanskrit Viswavidyalaya, Baghela, Maharashtra.
The Team includes NIELT Executive Director, Dr.A.K.D.Dwivedi, Professor Pradhan, professor from IIT Kharagpur, Prof. S.P. Singh, from Kurukshetra University, Professor Vijay Kumar Shrotriya from Delhi School of Economics, Prof. K.K. Bajaj former Dean and COE of Himachal Pradesh university, Professor Tomar G.S., President of Vishwa Ayurveda Mission,, Professor Kiran Deep Kaur from Punjabi university .
The team members met the Vice Chancellor, Internal Quality Assurance Cell and listened to their presentations, Visited various departments including academic, administration, finance, exams, various facilities like hostels, medical centre, research centres. They also interacted with members of the board, alumni, current students of various streams, parents and took their feedback on various parameters of quality. They interacted also with faculty, non-teaching staff and members of women cell and ascertained their opinion on the quality of functioning of the university.
They visited the Ayurvedic hospital, various labs, medical centre in the university, Technopark and noted the developments that are taking place. They visited the library, publication section, sports facilities, gym, canteen, placement cell and interacted with students on the quality of these services. On the final day, they handed over their report to Vice-chancellor Prof. Dr V.S. Vishnu Potty. In exit meeting, speaking on the occasion chairperson of the team highlighted some of their observations on the strong points of the university. Visit ended with Registrar Dr.G. Srinivasu proposing a vote of thanks.
