NEET PG 2018 Important Dates

NEET PG 2018 important dates have been announced. NEET PG 2018 registration has been closed on Nov 27, 2017 (11:59 PM). The exam is to be held on Jan 7, 2018 and result to come by January 31, 2018. Therefore, for candidates who are preparing for the exam, we are providing dates to various exam events confirmed by NBE, the exam conducting body. The reason being, this will help them strategize their study plan easily, efficiently and execute it effectively to attain a better score in NEET PG exam result. Hence, NEET PG exam dates are crucial for students who want to score higher in NEET PG 2018 cut off. However, before we move ahead, candidates should know that NEET PG exam this time will be conducted on January 7 and result is to come by January 31, 2017. The exam will be a Computer Based Test  (CBT) and will be conducted in a single day and session. This means, all the candidates will get the same question paper.  

National Boards of Examination (NBE) is the official exam conducting body of NEET PG 2018 and NEET PG 2018 important dates has been announced by it partially on October 17 and fully on October 30, 2017. NBE deals with everything related to NEET PG – ranging from announcing the commencement NEET PG 2018 applications, admit card and delineating the syllabus, exam pattern to announcing the result, cut-off and conducting counselling to admit students to medical and dental colleges across India. An acronym for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Post Graduate, NEET PG exam is conducted for allotting seats to students who want to do MS, MD and any Post Graduate diploma courses in the field or even NEET MDS.  

Since NEET PG 2018 important dates have been announced, candidates are now in a better position to understand the time duration they have at hand and the level of efforts they need to put to crack the exam with flying colours. However, the fact worth mentioning here is only after filling up the applications forms successfully, candidates can write the exam. If they find a place in NEET PG cut off the list, they will be able to take an admission in the course of their likings in any of the deemed universities, top medical colleges as well as top dental colleges – government and private – across India accepting NEET PG score for admissions to various specializations.

NEET PG 2018 Important Dates  

NEET PG 2018 important dates will consist of registration date, registration close date, last date to submit an application fee, date of admit card release, date of result, merit list, cut off and NEET PG counselling. For candidates who just want an idea by when NEET PG exam dates will be announced, here is the calendar of the tentative date sheet. However, it is worth mentioning here that the dates provided in the table below are tentative and actual dates will be available and updated here only after the official announcement.
