The results of NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) 2016 have been declared
The results of NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) 2016 have been declared and the admission process has started. The first round of seat allotment was done on June 18 based on the NIMCET 2016 ranks.
The first round of allocation was scheduled between June 22 and 24 with the initial payment of INR 10,000 through SBI-collect and NIMCET-2016 website.
The second round of seat allotment will be on June 29, 2016. Allottees in second round must report in person at nearest reporting center on 1st July or 2nd July and get documents verified, submit payment receipt for the initial fee of Rs. 10,000/- paid by SBI-collect and NIMCET 2016 website.
Candidates who got seat allotted in an earlier round and upgraded in this round of allotment must approach the same reporting centre for the change of their option from option 2 to option 1 and do so. However, if they do not wish to change their earlier option then they need not report.
The 3rd round of allotment will be on July 8, 2016 and candidates must report to the nearest centre for the same on 14th or 15th July. Candidates who got seat allotted in an earlier round(s) must also join the institute with the allotted seat or upgraded seat whichever is latest and pay the remaining fee and attend the classes.
