Gujarat Technological University’s Centre for Global Business Studies celebrated National Day of Uganda in which MBA students of Noble Group of Institutions participated with zeal
Centre for Global Business Studies of Gujarat Technological University celebrated the National Day of Uganda on October 3, 2015 (Saturday) at Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Chamdkheda Campus where students of MBA Programme from Noble Group of Institutions participated with great zeal and energy.
The event got underway with lighting of the lamp by all the guests. As a part of the National Day on October 3, 2015 organised at GTU, all the part takers and Guests recited the national anthems of India & Uganda. Dr. Sarika Srivastava acted as the Master of Ceremony. Dr. Kaushal Bhatt and Mr. Keyur Darji welcomed the esteemed guests by giving them flower bouquet.
Dignitaries who adorned the event with their valuable experience and views were Dr. Akshay Agarwal (Honourable Vice Chancellor of GTU), Mr. Sunil Modi, Foreign Trade Advisor and Consultant for African Continent and Member-BOA, GCSR and Dr. Shivendra Gupta (Member BOA). The MBA students of NGI presented a brief Environmental Analysis of Uganda and covered all the aspects of Industry and trade like industrial overview, business opportunity, import-export statistics, major business houses, etc.
The presentation was shadowed by Poster Presentation and a short documentary movie prepared by the students covering various facets of Uganda. Students from Noble MBA College also showcased the cultural dance performances of Gujarat as well as Uganda and created an enthralling atmosphere.
The celebration concluded with the felicitation process of the institute’s efforts and active participation with an award by Centre for Global Business Studies-Gujarat Technological University (GTU).
