About Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL), IIT, Kharagpur:
The Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property is the only school in the India functioning under the IIT system. The school is located within the campus of IIT Kharagpur. The school has an academic collaboration with George Washington University Law School, USA.
The school offers three year full time residential LLB Programme (Hons in Intellectual Property Law), recognised by the Bar Council of India. The law school is functioning its own state of the art campus from academic year 2008-09.
Candidates who are interested in pursuing the three years LLB course can apply for LLB admission to Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT, Kharagpur.
Eligibility to apply to RGSOIPL, IIT Kharagpur LLB admission:
- Candidates should clear his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent with first class. or
- First class Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy or equivalent. or
- First class MBA degree with any of the above
