The students of ICFAI University were given Soft Skills Training by an expert faculty from IBS-Hyderabad, Prof. Mahesh Kumar Soma. The sessions were conducted from February 5, 2016 to February 8, 2016 at the ICFAI University, Raipur campus.

The students had received inputs on a host of topics like Communication & Presentation Skills (CAPS), Self-Analysis, Goal Setting, Time Management, Team Building, Decision Making, Interview Skills, Group Discussions and Stress Management.

The sessions were lively and interactive which included exercises, activities, role-plays and games to give an experiential learning experience to the participating students. The students took part in the sessions with all interest and enthusiasm and learnt a lot of new things that help them personal and professional lives.

The faculty Prof. Mahesh Kumar Soma is one of the senior most and experienced faculties from Hyderabad with an experience of 17 years in soft skills and personality development training. Besides, he conducts regular MDPs (Management Development Programs), FDPs (Faculty Development Programs) and guest lectures at reputed national institutions like National Academy of Construction, South Central Railways, MiMSME, NFC and ASCI.
