St. Stephens College releases its 1st cut-off: 99 % for English

First cut off for St. Stephens College appeared with a question, are DU admissions 2015 will be tougher for applicants? Here is the report!

St. Stephens College released their cut-off list for 2015 admissions to undergraduate course. The list has already made much hype for the coming interviews and test. College earlier used to have a separate test for the selection of candidates but it was taken back with the semester system of Delhi University. 
 
Those who have applied for admissions can look forward to this linkhttp://www.ststephens.edu/admissions/cutoff-2015.htm and prepare themselves with some extra questions on board as the aptitude test is back on board. 
 
College has hyped their cut-offs to another level as 99% for English for commerce students which is a real trouble for students aspiring to study in India’s most prestigious institution while it was 97.75 and 97.5 percent for Science and Humanities students respectively.
 
The cut-off for Economics was 98.5 percent for Commerce students, while it was 97.5 percent and 97 percent for Science and Humanities students respectively. Students would need 90 percent marks in Mathematics.

DU has received a record-breaking 3.2 lakh applications this year for a total of 54,000 seats in different colleges. The rise in the number of applicants will create room for tougher competition, which may lead to sharp shoot in cut-off percentage this year. What Delhi University will come up with upcoming cut-off lists is worth the wait.
