Students come forward for the most popular Clean India campaign initiated by PM Narendra Modi last year



Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), New Delhi takes the Swacch Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India for Healthy India drive) movement forward. Many students of the college took to brooms and other cleaning tools in order to clean their surrounding areas.



Dr. J.K. Goyal, Director, JIMS said “We are pleased to organize Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at our campus and we feel proud to be part of our Hon. Narendra Modi’s vision to achieve “Swachhta”. Mahatma Gandhi had said “Sanitation is more important than independence”, therefore it becomes our responsibility to accomplish the vision of ‘Clean India’ taking this campaign beyond politics and inspiration by patriotism”.



Other faculty members also joined the campaign to encourage the students to clean the JIMS campus and its vicinity.
