Top 30 Engineering Colleges of India in 2012

These are the top 30 engineering colleges of India for the year 2012 as found out in a survey conducted by Outlook India. The ranking was done only for institutes that submitted complete objective data on time.

These are the top 30 engineering colleges of India for the year 2012 as found out in a survey conducted by Outlook India. The ranking was done only for institutes that submitted complete objective data on time.


The IITs have as usual dominated the list of top 30 engineering colleges in India of 2012, as they bag the first 6 positions and a few more as we go further.

Chataniya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad moved up from 43 to 41 this year.


Bangalore Institute of Technology, Bangalore climbed down from 53 to 56.


Amity School of Engineering, Noida has also moved down a place, from 72 to 73.
