TSCFE to host a workshop on 'Sales Effort Optimization for Business Growth'

Thadomal Shahani Centre for Entrepreneur (TSCFE) will be conducting a workshop on Sales Effort Optimization (SEO) for upcoming entrepreneurs. The workshop will be conducted by Mr. Hari Menon, on 11th and 12th July, 2015 at the TSCFE premises in Bandra from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.

Mr. Hari Menon is an entrepreneur by profession who also runs a Learning & Development venture under the banner of “LaKSH L&D INITIATIVES”. He has bagged various accolades in the sales and training programs. He has also conducted various training sessions for the sales team at LIC, Kotak Bank, Accenture, Johnson & Johnson, Asian Paints, Lodha group, Yes Bank and many other corporate.

The biggest challenge that small businesses and entrepreneurs face is how to grow their business.. Business owners should always give enough emphasis on sales execution as part of their overall strategy. This workshop at TSCFE will demonstrate how a sales execution strategy can help a company to take a product or service to market more efficiently and effectively. Combined with techniques for measuring sales outcomes, a sales execution strategy helps business owners exceed growth aspirations and potentially reduce or even eliminate the requirement for external investment.

The workshop will be conducted in 4 modules:

Module 1: Building Blocks of Effective Sales Personnel - This module will cover various aspects of selling, including value-added approaches, characteristics of successful salespeople, Sales Cycle & Sales Funnels as part of the business process and product, competitor and customer knowledge.

Module 2: Thinking Sales – This module will examine strategic thinking — a way that helps bring what goes on in the background of our minds into the foreground — so we can actively focus on becoming more effective

Module 3: Communicating Sales – This module will focus on methods for effective listening and communicating in the form of emails, presentations, etc

Module 4: Networking – This module will focus on finding new business, understanding networking takes the misery out of prospecting and cold calling and driving sales through networks
